Can I use my subscription across multiple platforms and devices?

Yes, it's possible to use one subscription across platforms and devices. To do so, sign in to your active Alight Motion account on both devices.

If you face any issues, make sure the following conditions are met according to the platform you're using:

  • Android: All devices must be signed in to the Google Play account used to purchase the subscription.
  • iOS: All devices must be signed in to the same App Store account.
  • Android and iOS: All devices must be logged into the same Alight Motion account, independent of the Google Play or App Store accounts.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

👉 Your subscription will renew from the store you purchased it from. Therefore, if you purchase a subscription through a store and use your account on another platform, the subscription will not be listed under the other platform's app store.

👉 Your projects are saved locally in the app on your device and not in your account. If you wish to continue editing a project on another device, export it as a Project Package and then import it on the other device.

👉 There's a limit of three devices per user that can be used to sign in to an Alight Motion account, and we do not allow multiple users to use the same Alight Motion subscription.
