How do I recover my projects?

If you backed up your projects into Project Packages (Alight link or QR code):

1. Tap the Alight link or scan the QR code.
2. You will get redirected to the app. Tap Import when prompted.
3. Wait until the importing process is finished, and your project should then be imported to the app. Once the importing process is finished, your project will be available in the Templates tab.

If you didn’t back up your projects: we’re very sorry to inform you that we’re unable to recover deleted projects and elements.

Deleting and reinstalling Alight Motion will delete all of your projects and elements. To learn more about how to back up your projects, check out this article.
