Why can’t I sign in/log in?

To sign in to Alight Motion, follow the steps found in this article.

If you experience any issues, follow the instructions below and try to sign in again after each step.

  1. Reboot your device.
  2. Install the most recent version of the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  3. Check that you have a strong internet connection, and restart Alight Motion.
  4. If there is a firewall, VPN, or monitoring software on your connection, switch them off.
  5. Connect to a different internet connection, even if the current one is strong.
