To sign in to Alight Motion, follow the steps found in this article.
If you experience any issues, follow the instructions below and try to sign in again after each step.
- Reboot your device.
- Install the most recent version of the app from the Google Play Store.
- Check that you have a strong internet connection, and restart Alight Motion.
- If there is a firewall, VPN, or monitoring software on your connection, switch them off.
- Connect to a different internet connection, even if the current one is strong.
If you see an indefinite loading when signing in, we recommend checking if you're signed into more than one Google account on your device. You can do this by following these steps:
- On your Android phone, open the Gmail app
- In the top right, tap your profile picture
- Check if you're signed into other accounts that aren't your primary Google account
If you're signed into more than one account, try signing out of the other accounts by following these steps. Once you're signed in to only one Google account, try to sign in to Alight Motion again.
