Mosaic turns any layer into a grid of square blocks, the color of each block being the average color from the original layer underneath. It's can used to obscure faces or sensitive details in a video, but it can also be used to give a low-resolution look and feel.

 

Mosaic has the following settings: 

Size controls the size of each block. Its value equals the length of each block.

Phase displaces the grid of blocks horizontally and or vertically.
