I can’t import my project package on iOS. What should I do?

If you’re unable to import your Project Package because it opens the App Store instead of Alight Motion, follow these simple steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Instead of tapping the link, copy it.
2. Open a separate browser app (not an in-app one), such as Chrome.
3. Paste the link.
4. When the link opens on the browser app, long-press the Open button instead of tapping Open.
5. Select Open in Alight Motion.
6. Tap Import when prompted.
